Santor-Gilort duo

The Santor-Gilort duo was created in 2008 in hopes to present a musical combination that is scarcely found in concert venues, but which offers a specific repertoire and a unique sound. Since their inception, they have broadened their musical baggage with compositions by D. Bermel, A. Lefébure, C. Perón, J. Grundman, G. Conesson, Beethoven, Bach, Lefèvre and Georgina Sánchez herself, among others.

They have received awards in over fifteen Chamber Music competitions in Spain and
Italy, and have performed on many stages (Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Granada,
Valencia, Lisbon, Moscow, Nicchelino, Todi, Montecchio Maggiore) as well as recorded for radio and television.

Along with this CD dedicated to Beethoven and Tausch, the duo has another monographic album, dedicated to the clarinet and cello production of cellist Georgina Sánchez. Both records, as well as their music scores, have been published by SANTOR Ediciones.

Dúo Santor-Gilort

El dúo Santor-Gilort nace en 2008 con la ilusión de una agrupación poco conocida en las salas de concierto, tanto por el repertorio para esta formación como por la sonoridad que resulta de ella. Desde entonces han ido ampliando su bagaje musical con obras de D. Bermel, A. Lefébure, C. Perón, J. Grundman, G. Conesson, Beethoven, Bach, Lefèvre y la propia Georgina Sánchez entre otros.

Han sido galardonados en una quincena de concursos de Música de Cámara en España e Italia y cuentan con numerosas actuaciones en diversos escenarios (Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Granada, Valencia, Lisboa, Moscú, Nicchelino, Todi, Montecchio Maggiore) además de grabaciones para radio y televisión.

Aparte de este CD con música de Beethoven y Tausch, el dúo cuenta con otro monográfico dedicado a la producción para clarinete y cello de la violoncellista Georgina Sánchez. Ambos, así como las partituras, están editados por SANTOR Ediciones.
